December Group Coaching: Getting Ready for 2026

A FOUR WEEK roadmap for independent artists ahead of 2026.

WHERE: Zoom
WHEN: Monday nights from 6pm - 7:30pm AEDT in December
December 1st, December 8th, December 15th and December 22nd
LENGTH: 1.5 hours per session (sometimes we run over with questions)

How we'll run it;

• We'll take you through principles, examples and exercises
• We'll run a Q&A at the end of each session to run through your questions
• These sessions will be done over Zoom, with summaries, recordings and homework to be sent to you the day after.
• If the cohort needs something in particular, we'll shift where needed to suit the cohorts needs.

We want it to feel fun, light, communal and supportive but with tactical and practical tips and real world, real time, knowledge.

Clarity on direction for 2026

• A concrete, personal 6 to 12 month plan: releases, content, and realistic money pathways.
• Help defining your version of success (not just “more streams”).
• A simple, repeatable system for audience growth
• A low-overwhelm content system you can actually stick to (for TikTok/Reels/Shorts, email, and fans they already have).
• How to position yourself so the right people find you in an oversaturated landscape.
• A sustainability plan: time, money, mental health
• What to stop doing; what to double down on.
• Where money can most realistically come from for someone at your stage (and what’s fantasy for now).
